Due to the threat of the COVID-19 to our community, we strongly believe in health first and we also know how important it is to keep running your business during difficult times. We have decided to continue our limited operations for our merchants.
- Fulfillment Times: Delay may occur due to limited labor and resources.
- Delivery Times: Expect some delays as Couriers are trying their best to deliver.

Usually it will take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) for fulfillment and 1-5 business days for delivery but please expect a delay due to these pandemic times which can affect our resources of supply, labor and delivery.
During the pandemic expected overall time is 5-14 business days, this includes the fulfillment and delivery of your order together.
